Seth joined the Veterans Law Section at Fink Rosner Ershow-Levenberg in 2012 after almost nine years of trial and appellate experience in the Army Judge Advocate General Corps and Department of Justice, where he frequently handled high profile, complex litigation before various federal courts.

He focuses solely on veteran’s law and veteran-related issues, claims and benefits, particularly VA disability compensation, and offers a unique perspective as a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Seth, a native of New Jersey, is a graduate of both Rutgers College, New Brunswick, and Rutgers School of Law – Newark. After graduating from law school in 2002, he accepted a commission as an officer in the United States Army and began his legal career as a Judge Advocate General (JAG).

Seth was selected as a first-tour defense attorney in Camp Casey, Korea, representing the Soldiers of Second Infantry Division; volunteered to deploy to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and created a trial defense field office in Ar Ramadi, Iraq, during a period of immense hostility.

As a litigation attorney, he is counsel of record for numerous published and unpublished opinions and was an Army Court of Criminal Appeals commissioner where he helped draft opinions for a panel of military appellate judges.

As a civilian attorney in the federal government, Seth served as a litigation attorney at the Department of Justice, Civil Division, Washington, D.C. and for a Northern New Jersey law firm before joining the Veterans Law Practice at Fink Rosner Ershow-Levenberg in 2012.

In the community, Seth is involved as an advocate, mentor and volunteer for a number of organizations including the National Organization of Veteran's Advocates, Joining Forces Mentoring Plus, Rutgers Veterans Mentoring Program and the Menlo Park Veterans Nursing Home. He counts a Bronze Star amound his numerous military decorations,and is a member of American Legion, VFM, Jewish War Veterans and the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America.
